Guest Reviews & Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the warm staff and comfortable rooms in an unexpected area. The limited space for clothes was a downside, but the amazing view made up for it. The location was excellent, near public transport and surrounded by eateries and shops.
The hotel room was very large and spacious, offering a lot for a twin room. However, I personally didn't like the carpet and bathroom, which is to be expected in Korea. The room could use a thinner blanket.
The hotel had spacious rooms with essential amenities, though the reflective coating on the windows made the room dull even in sunlight. The service was very helpful, although the adapter pins were not allowed. The location was ideal for sightseeing and accessing public transport, with shops and restaurants nearby. The dining experience, mainly for Korean people, was somewhat disappointing. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is ideally located in Insadong with easy access to Jongno 3ga station, exit 4, surrounded by a variety of food and drink options. The rooms are compact but cozy, and the service is friendly and accommodating. However, the dining experience can feel crowded during peak times. The location is excellent for exploring the historic part of town and enjoying traditional Korean hospitality.
